St. Modwen gives up recent gains with £49m top-up

St. Modwen, the specialist property developer, launched and priced a £49m top-up placing on Tuesday. At first glance, the discount looked big compared to recent primary capital raises from three other real estate firms but it only took the stock back to a level at which it was trading as recently as two weeks ago.
