CBs still hot as black-out ends, redemptions loom

Italian property firm Beni Stabili on Thursday took advantage of pent-up demand from long-only equity linked buyers as it priced a rare tap of convertible bond, topping up a €175m deal sold at the beginning of January with another €50m.
