Funding crisis risk remains, says Vienna 2.0

A European Commission-led scheme that was created to avoid chaotic deleveraging in central, eastern and south eastern Europe has warned that a funding crisis in emerging Europe is still a big worry despite analysts making hopeful predictions at the end of 2012 that the threat was abating, writes Michael Turner.
