CDC and OeKB pick up dollars ahead of FOMC meeting
Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations and Oesterreichische Kontrollbank made appearances in the dollar market on Tuesday. Any borrowers looking to follow them in the currency are likely to wait until next week as there is a Federal Reserve Open Markets Committee set to wrap up on Wednesday and much of Europe on holiday on Friday.
