SAS CB brings restructuring near to completion
Scandinavian Airlines (SAS), the Swedish firm which recently faced bankruptcy, raised Skr1.6bn through a 2019 convertible bond on Tuesday, proving to be a vastly different prospect to another issuer from the region that completed a deal just hours before. The deal brings the company’s wide-ranging restructuring close to an end.
