Lehman Brothers has hired Fidelis Oruche, foreign exchange options trader at AIG Trading Group in Singapore, for a similar role in its regional trading hub in Tokyo. He now reports to Joe Rigby, head of foreign exchange in Tokyo. Oruche declined all comment and Rigby did not respond to messages. At AIG TG, Oruche reported to Don Lee, senior v.p. and global head of foreign exchange options and head of foreign exchange in Greenwich, Conn.
