Domenico Azzollini, managing director and co-head of rates, exotics and hybrids at JPMorgan in London, has left the firm. Azzollini co-headed the desk with Venu Thirunamachandran, who now heads the group, according to Sarah Oppler, spokeswoman for JPMorgan. She declined further comment and Azzollini could not be reached
