Bear Stearns has hired Edward Ho, director at Merrill Lynch, as a senior managing director and head of structured equity products sales in Asia, excluding Japan. An official statement from Bear Stearns' spokesman said Ho will spearhead the structuring and distribution of equity structured investment products across non-Japan Asia.
Ho will report jointly to Leonard Feder, head of derivatives for Asia and branch manager for Japan, and Don Martocchio, global head of structured equity products and sales.
