Lloyds TSB has been mandated to arrange an Eu80m 254 day revolving credit for Landsbanki Íslands. Lloyds has fully underwritten the loan, which is to support the bank's Euro CP programme.

The facility has a fee of 7bp with an additional margin of 13bp payable on drawing on the revolver.

The $185m loan for aluminium smelting company Nordual was signed via mandated lead arrangers BNP Paribas, Fortis and Royal Bank of Scotland. Islandsbanki, Landsbanki, Bunadarbanki and NM Rothschild joined the 15 year project financing.

The facility pays a margin of 145bp over Libor until 2009 when it pays 115bp. In 2012 it will pay 165bp until maturity.
