M25 on road to success as general syndication mooted

The £700m project financing backing the widening of the M25 motorway in the UK is set for a general phase of syndication led by five banks, after lenders were signed into the clubbed deal on Wednesday. The first part of the deal came to a successful close after being tipped to struggle when it was first shown to the market in November last year.
