Long-running Qtel forward start finally signs at Eu2bn
Qatar Telecom (Qtel) closed the final chapter of its refinancing story by signing banks into an oversubscribed forward start facility on Thursday. It will be increased to $2bn from the $1.5bn it reached during a senior phase in March, after raising over $3bn in general syndication.
