Survitec second round bids due next week
Five sponsors are due to submit second round bids for Montagu Private Equity’s survival technology group Survitec by the end of next week. Three European sponsors — Carlyle Group, Permira and Warburg Pincus — and US private equity houses Odyssey Investment Partners and General Atlantic are expected to submit bids.
