Tauron, Alliance price block trades

Bookrunners for an 11.9% block of Tauron Polska Energia shares were poised to price the deal at Z6.15 a share on Tuesday evening after tightening guidance during the afternoon, giving the Polish government gross proceeds of Z1.28bn ($451m).
