Kuoni catches Gullivers, CS leads Sfr250m cap hike
Kuoni, the Switzerland-based tour operator, mandated Credit Suisse to lead manage a Sfr250m rights issue to part-fund a $705m acquisition that it announced on Monday. The company has arranged Sfr600m of loans to pay for the deal, while the vendor, Travelport, will use the proceeds to repay its bank debt.
