Fixed income chief Assi quits Nomura for a break

Senior Nomura banker, Georges Assi, has left the firm to take a career break, EuroWeek understands. The ex-Lehman Brothers banker is leaving Nomura where he had three titles, only one of which will be filled by a new hire.
