Questions over peripheral bid as MPS prints €500m

A tightly priced foray into the senior unsecured market by Italy's Monte dei Paschi di Siena (MPS) on Tuesday left bankers split over whether other second tier peripheral banks would be able to follow with their own benchmarks.
