Nobina restructures for the second time in seven years
Swedish passenger bus operator Nobina has completed its refinancing through a company restructuring. The business, which in August officially deferred the repayment of its €85m 9.125% 2012 bond from August 1 until October 31, has reached agreement with its bondholders on a debt for equity swap and a new bond.
