Airlines take different routes in €450m ABB

Spain-based online booking firm Amadeus has provided a steady stream of ECM business since its April 2010 IPO, but a €449m accelerated bookbuild on Wednesday could be the last that bankers see of it for a while. HSBC won a Rothschild-run competitive process to take the sole-bookrunner slot with an aggressive bid, but closed the book on Wednesday morning without ever sending a coverage message.
