Goodman European Logistics Fund, a Luxembourg-based property fund that owns warehouses in continental Europe, is roadshowing for its bond debut. Moody’s and Standard & Poor’s have provisionally rated the deal and Gelf’s EMTN programme Baa3/BBB-, with stable outlooks.
