PTA guides to 6.5% area, sets minimum yield

The Eastern and Southern African Trade and Development Bank (PTA Bank) has released initial price thoughts of 6.5% yield area for its five year bond. The bank has also set a minimum new issue yield of 5.9% in conjunction with the exchange offer of its outstanding $300m 6.875% 2016s.
