Haruhiko Kuroda, Japan's former Vice Minister of Finance for International Affairs, has been unanimously elected President of ADB by its Board of Governors.

MANILA, PHILIPPINES (18 November 2004) - Haruhiko Kuroda, Japan's former Vice Minister of Finance for International Affairs, has been unanimously elected President of ADB by its Board of Governors.
