IAP Meeting Update

Bank-lenders did a lot of talking but little deciding at the IAP Worldwide Services lender meeting on Friday, instead mandating agent Deutsche Bank, law firm Bigham McCutchen and consultant The Blackstone Group to put together a proposal they can take back to the Cerberus Capital Management-hired advisor Lazard. A lending group conference call will be held on Monday to discuss what the trio comes up with.
