Ceva to market €700m cov-lite loan in March

Ceva Santé Animale, a French veterinary health business, is looking to sell €700m of term loans with a covenant lite structure in the second half of March.

The term loan ‘B’ will be marketed to European and US accounts and comes alongside a €100m undrawn facility and a €50m revolving credit facility.

Senior leverage will be between 5.25 times and 5.5 times.

Ceva’s loans come alongside a €200m PIK facility, which has been pre-placed.
