Power company Eos Holding has signed its Sfr400m acquisition facility via sole bookrunner WestLB.

Kreissparkasse Biberach and Zürcher Kantonalbank committed Sfr45m as mandated lead arrangers. Banque Cantonale Vaudois, Banque Cantonale du Valais, BayernLB, Fortis Bank and HVB committed Sfr40m as lead arrangers.
