Grammer grows group and ups facility to Eu110m

German car parts supplier Grammer has signed a Eu110m three year loan with a group of six banks, it said on Monday.

The new working capital facility, which was arranged under a KfW programme, replaces a Eu90m line signed in 2008 that was due to mature at the end of the year.

Commerzbank and Deutsche Bank coordinated the facility. HSBC, KBC, LBBW and UniCredit also committed. KBC was the only bank ...
