FIG star Hoveyda to quit BofA Merrill
Amir Hoveyda, head of European debt capital markets at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, is leaving the bank, EuroWeek understands. The move follows recent management changes in the bank’s global capital markets division.
Paul Richards, head of international DCM syndicate and a popular Merrill Lynch veteran, is thought to be one of the names being lined up to take Hoveydas job.
Hoveyda, himself a Merrill Lynch veteran, was made European DCM head last year following the completion of the merger with Bank
