Fosun to sign next week, set for 40% increase

Fosun International, the Chinese conglomerate, has closed syndication of a $100m loan and is set to increase the deal to $140m next week.

Sole bookrunner Crédit Agricole CIB held bank meetings last month for the three year loan, and Bank of China (Macau), Bank Negara Indonesia, Cathay Bank, China Construction Bank, China Development Bank, ICBC, Nanyang Commercial Bank and Natixis joined during syndication.
