GOLDMAN Sachs, Intesa Sanpaolo, Mediobanca and UniCredit are set to launch general syndication of Italian aerospace company Finmeccanica’s Eu3.2bn acquisition loan early next month.

The deal, which will be used to fund the borrower’s $5.2bn (Eu3.4bn) takeover of US defence group DRS, comprises three term loans: a Eu1bn one ...
