Kogas returns to syndicated loan market with rare 10 year
State-owned Korea Gas Corp (Kogas) closed syndication of a rare 10 year loan on Tuesday, raising $482m in one of the longest-dated loans signed in the country since the beginning of the year.
The deal carries a five year put option and is split into a $386m senior tranche and a $96m junior tranche.
It refinances a $747m 20 year deal signed in 1999 that financed three liquefied natural gas vessels. Pricing and fees were not disclosed on the new loan,
