Dreesbach quits RBS for WestLB and Düsseldorf

Stefan Dreesbach, one of Royal Bank of Scotland’s key frequent borrower bankers has quit to join WestLB in Düsseldorf where he will take up the position of global head of debt markets and member of the divisional board.

At WestLB he will be responsible for the fixed income and currencies sales and trading business, which will also include public sector and financial institution bond origination and syndicate functions. Covered bonds will also be part of his beat.
