SEB readies fresh euro hybrid tier one, retires dollars
Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (SEB) is to launch a new euro denominated hybrid tier one issue via BNP Paribas, Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs in an effort to improve the quality of its capital. The bank it also seeking to buy back two dollar tier one issues.
