Malaysia’s Proton could be target for MBO

Mohd Nadzmi Salleh, chairman of Malaysia’s national carmaker Proton Holdings, this week hinted of a possible management buy-out, according to local media reports.

Salleh said he was willing to help in the buy-out of the suffering carmaker, which is losing its domestic market share.
