Malaysia’s Sunway City signs M$600m loan

Property developer Sunway City signed its M$600m five year loan two weeks ago through HSBC, Maybank, OCBC and RHB Bank.

The loan is split into a M$240m term loan paying 200bp; a M$200m term loan also paying 200bp and a M$160m revolver carrying a 200bp margin.
