PNCS debut tests hunger for Aussie RMBS

Police & Nurses Credit Society launched a debut residential mortgage-backed securities issue on Wednesday, pitching a A$250m ($244m) deal just hours after regular borrower Resimac hit the market with its own offer. Bankers expect the new issuer to fare well against more established names, despite heavy deal flow.
