NAB adds to syndicate, creates new debt unit

National Australia Bank has hired Joe Azzam as global head of debt syndicate as part of a reshuffle of its debt capital markets business.

Azzam, a former New South Wales Treasury Corp official, has joined from TD Securities and will also cover frequent issuers and take responsibility for secondary loan trading.
