Pertamina close to picking seven for new $700m loan

Indonesian state-owned oil company Pertamina sent out a final term sheet to the prospective arrangers of a $700m loan last week, as the deal gathers momentum before being launched.

Seven banks are expected to be bookrunners on the facility including ANZ, Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, BNP Paribas, Citi, HSBC and OCBC.
