Thales pulls in Eu2bn commitments for Eu1.5bn loan

A Eu1.5bn five year revolving credit line for French defence and aerospace group Thales attracted commitments of over Eu2bn during syndication before it was signed on Friday.

The 20 lenders on the facility, which refinances a deal maturing in December 2011, had their participation levels scaled back. The deal, led by BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole, Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan, pays an out-of-the-box margin of 50bp.
