Banks still pitching after Prada IPO announcement

ECM bankers are still bidding for bookrunner slots on Prada’s Hong Kong IPO, after the Italian fashion company announced it had picked banks to manage the institutional tranche last week.

Prada named Crédit Agricole, Goldman Sachs, Intesa Sanpaolo and Unicredit as joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners of the institutional placement last week.
