Five banks underwrite Transfield acquisition in Aus

Transfield Services, an industrial services provider, has secured a A$750m ($741m) fully underwritten loan to help finance its acquisition of Easternwell Group.

Underwriters ANZ, HSBC, JP Morgan, RBS and Westpac are running the loan which will replace existing loan agreements and will be syndicated in two phases.
