HI3G refi achieves 45% oversubscription

A Skr10.5bn ($1.5bn) refinancing loan from Swedish mobile phone company HI3G Access has closed more than 45% oversubscribed, after 19 banks committed to the deal.

Bankers said 10 lenders committed Skr1bn each with the others making up the balance and all will be scaled back as a result.

BNP Paribas, Handelsbanken and Nordea are coordinating the deal, which is expected to be signed by the end of the week.
