Chinese websites price above expectations

Two Chinese internet companies have priced US IPOs above their prices ranges, demonstrating investor demand for this type of company.

E-Commerce China Dangdang, an online retailer, raised $272m when its IPO priced above a $13 to $15 per share price range at $16, despite already revising the price range up from a lower level of $11 during the bookbuilding process.
