Deutsche Leasing hits road with Rmb loan

Deutsche Leasing (China), an equipment leasing company, is roadshowing a Rmb600m ($90m) loan that the company hopes to conclude in early 2011.

Mizuho is the sole bookrunner and took the borrower to meet investors in Shanghai last week. The three year amortising loan pays a margin flat to the one-to-three year lending rate set by the People’s Bank of China. This is currently equivalent to around 5.6%.
