Statkraft completes Nkr12bn refi

Renewable energy firm Statkraft has completed a new five year plus one plus one Nkr12bn ($2bn) multi-currency revolver, signing the facility with a syndicate of 14 banks.

Nordea Bank and Royal Bank of Scotland acted as co-ordinators, mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners.
