Cades joins 144A frenzy to meet Eu35bn target

Caisse d’Amortissement de la Dette Sociale (Cades), plans to issue between eight and 12 US dollar benchmark deals this year as it plans to raise Eu30bn-Eu35bn in long-term funding in 2011.
