Syndication success for Enerjisa’s Turkish power project

Enerjisa’s $700m 12 year project financing loan for the second phase of the Turkish company’s power generation plans was oversubscribed in syndication, according to a banker close to the deal.

The successful debt raise was to finance the development of the Bandirma II Combined Cycle Gas Turbine plant, the Dogançay Hydroelectric Power Plant, the Yamanli II Hydroelectric Power Plant and Dagpazari windfarm.
