Pirelli and TenneT prepare rare deals as Thames Water gets £500m
Pirelli and TenneT said this week they would go on roadshows, with each expected to launch a deal afterwards. The announcements gave bankers hope of an increase in supply from Europe’s corporate borrowers — the market continued to be quiet on Wednesday, with Thames Water the only one to launch a bond.
Unrated Pirelli will start its roadshow in Milan on Friday. Banca IMI, Barclays Capital, Mediobanca, Société Générale and UniCredit are arranging the meetings.
