PE firms circle Dutch RAET

Leveraged loan bankers are working on a possible debt financing package for Dutch payroll and HR service provider RAET. A number of private equity firms are working on bids for the firm, bankers said.

Private equity owners Advent International and AlpInvest Partners are selling the business, which has Ebitda of around Eu50m, although bankers said it would not be an easy sale.
