Slovenia’s Abanka inks three year deal
Slovenian financial institution Abanka Vipa has signed a $80m three year loan with a margin that undercuts that of its larger rival Nova Ljubjanska Banka (NLB) by 10bp. Each facility has a fee structure that reflects the relative risk of the credit, said loans bankers, making the difference in the headline margin immaterial.
