Investor requests for loan to buy asset-backed securities through the Federal Reserve’s Term Asset-backed Securities Loan Facility totaled $11.5 billion in May. The May figures is more than double the $4.7 billion requested in March, the first month of TALF’s operation and tops May’s total of $10.9 billion. ...
