U.K. RMBS Arrears Double

The percentage of U.K. residential mortgage-backed securities in arrears in the first quarter was more than double the 2008 figure, according to Moody’s Investors Service.

The percentage of U.K. residential mortgage-backed securities in arrears in the first quarter was more than double the 2008 figure, according to Moody’s Investors Service. Moody’s reported that arrears of at least three months hit 1.66% of assets, compared with 0.74% for the first quarter a year ago. ...
